We procure directly from audited agricultural growers, processing hubs, and manufacturing facilities across India based on your precise tender specifications. We oversee quality verification, custom packaging, customs stuffing, and multimodal ocean freight to your discharge port.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for export containers?
For commodities such as food grains and rice, our standard MOQ is 1 x 20ft FCL (Full Container Load), carrying approximately 25 to 26 Metric Tonnes. For pure spices, MOQ starts at 500 kg to 2 MT per variety. We also specialize in consolidating multiple distinct commodities into a single container for regional supermarket distributors.
Do you offer representative trade samples prior to purchase contracts?
Yes. We dispatch representative physical samples via DHL Express or FedEx to verified commercial importers, institutional buyers, and supermarket chains worldwide. Each sample parcel is accompanied by a laboratory analysis certificate confirming grade, moisture content, and purity.
Which export shipping documents accompany each consignment?
Every consignment exported by Farrmi Overseas includes a complete set of documentation: Commercial Invoice & Packing List, Clean On-Board Ocean Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (APEDA / Chamber of Commerce), Phytosanitary Certificate, SGS / Bureau Veritas Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificate, and Fumigation / Health Certificates.
What international payment instruments are supported?
We accept 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at Sight) issued or confirmed by a first-class international bank. For contracted long-term partners, we also accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30% advance deposit and the remaining 70% against clean scanned original shipping documents.
Can Farrmi package goods under our private supermarket brand label?
Yes. OEM contract packaging and private labeling represent a major segment of our export operations. We produce customized packaging matching your brand artwork in multi-color BOPP pouches (1kg, 2kg, 5kg), breathable Non-Woven bags (10kg, 20kg), Jute sacks, and heavy-duty 50kg woven PP bags.
